Ronald McDonald Comes To Alden Elementary

On Wednesday, October 20 we had a special assembly! We were treated to a visit from Ronald McDonald. Although there were no Happy Meals we were definitely happy! Here are some of the highlights of the performance.

We are off to a great start in second grade! The days have been busy! The second graders are excited to share what they have been up to!

Almost Time!

Your first day of second grade is almost here! I have been busy getting our classroom all "spiffy" for the new school year. It is almost ready-I just have to add the finishing touches.

Don't forget that you can bring your supplies and get organized on Tuesday, August 24 from 3:00-4:00. This is a "come and go" so you may drop off your school supplies and look around the classroom anytime between 3:00 and 4:00. There will be a few papers for parents to look over and fill out.

If you can't make it that afternoon, no problem! We will get organized on your first day of Second Grade-August 25!
